Fcca.es is a website owned by FOUNDATION CANARY CANARY CENTER WATER(for the purposes of this legal notice referenced as FCCA), with headquarters located at Calle San Francisco No. 5 Plant 10-1, CP 38002, Santa Cruz de Tenerife provided with CIF number G-38526968 and incorporated under the deed executed on December 14 of 1998 before the Notary of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, D. Carlos Sanchez Marcos, with the number 3738 of his protocol.

2) ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER

EThis document (hereinafter referred to as Legal Notice) is to regulate the use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as Web) that FCCA makes available to the public in the URL http://www.fcca.es.

The use of the web site by a third party gives it the status of USER and implies acceptance of the User of each and every one of the conditions that are incorporated into this Legal Notice.

FCCA offers through the Web, online contracting services that are subject to special conditions, which will inform the user in each particular service.

4) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents of the Web site, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of the respective promoters of the shows and, by way of example, but not limited to, logos, text, illustrations, photographs.

5) LIABILITY REGIME

5.1. Responsibility for the Use of FCCA website

6.4. Security

FCCA guarantee that any transfer to occur of your personal data will be made using technology that meets the highest security standards. The communication between your computer and our servers is encrypted and stored in a “secure server” so that others can not access them. The processing of data is available only to authorized personnel of FCCA.

7) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be construed under Spanish law.

In addition, FCCA and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the User for any dispute that may arise. In the event that the user reside outside Spain, FCCA and the User shall submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
